Transitions…are part of life.For me, as for thousands of people, Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® have been both an exhilarating, inspiring practice & solid ground for support in times of change.
In this workshop, we will make physical, the transitions from flow to staccato, from staccato to chaos and so on through stillness and back to flow.
I will offer this altered map, with a range of practical tools to activate our movement wisdom on the dance floor, so that it becomes easier to access in daily life.
Endings and new beginnings! Plus the tricky stuff in the middle. I hope you will join me, and bring your own unique dancing story, so together we can follow this map into the territory of transition.
This is a 2 day workshop: Sat & Sun 10am - 5pm each day. Held on the beautiful grounds of Newcastle Waldorf School.
