Follwed by the Installation of Comp. Bruce Cowie as Thrice Illustrious Master
12:30pm – Melbourne Council Opens
12:45pm – 80th Anniversary Re-Consecration.
2:00pm – Refreshments Served
2:30pm – Installation of Comp. Bruce Cowie
3:45pm – Melbourne Council closes.
4.00pm – Festive board.
