What should my swimming ability be to get the most out of the session?
You are an age group swimmer and are aiming to compete at a State Swimming Championships in the next few years. You train with a squad and race regularly. You understand the fundamentals of swimming technique.
Will there be an opportunity for participants to take photos and have items signed?
