This midwinter retreat at the extremely beautiful and restful environment of Ivorys Rock Convention Centre, has been specifically designed to not only nurture and restore our focus on health, but to create a fun learning environment to ensure we leave with fresh ideas and enthusiasm for a more sustainable lifestyle.
The timetable combines times of rest and self reflection with sessions on the latest research on brain health, stress release, weight loss, back strengthening and physical balance…..Enjoy loads of laughter, and meaningful connection with like-minded women plus nourishing food, a beautiful natural setting & time away from life’s demands.

Maggie Flanagan is a Melbourne-based Counsellor and Wellness/Nutrition/Fitness Facilitator, who has been conducting fun, innovative community health education courses for over 25 years, and specialises in Dementia Prevention and Brain Health.

Fran Archer is a highly qualified Brisbane-based Somatic Yoga and Qigong Instructor with over 30 years experience, who is passionate about assisting students to retore a sense of balance, wholeness and vitality for a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

ACCOMODATION

Single ensuites cabins with double bed, bar fridge, kettle, coffee cups, wardrobe - please provide own linen and bath towel

NUTRITION

Lunch provided Saturday & Sunday. Dinner provided at Jacaranda Restaurant on Saturday evening for overnight guests.Tea & Coffee breaks provided. Please bring your own breakfast requirements for Sunday morning.  Kitchen facilities are available for cooked breakfast / coffee making etc.
