Womens Social Smash Cooroy Intro and Info Session
About
An intro and info session for a new social cricket program for women. Based in Cooroy this program will give you the opportunity to learn some basic skills in cricket by playing a quick, easy and safe version of the game. Using a soft ball and a lighter bat, you won't need any safety gear. We will supply all the equipment and instructions, you just bring a sense of humour and fun! Suitable for women of all ages and girls over 12 years.You are welcome to bring kids as we will have Cricket Qld staff on hand to run activities for the kids while you are involved in the session.
All registrations and sessions are free until 30th June 2025, after which time any new players will pay a small annual insurance and session fee.
‘The Queensland Government provided $7,500 to Cooroy-Eumndi Cricket Club for the Women and Girls Program to enable Queenslanders to participate in sport and recreation activities.’
