Empowering Youth Through Mental Health ConversationsJoin us for our next BGK Youth Network meeting on Wednesday 4th June from 10:00am to 11:30am at Bentleigh Library & Youth Hub, 161 Jasper Rd, Bentleigh.
This session will be facilitated by Ben Farish and Mason de Wit, founders of Speak & Share. Designed to open conversations around mental health, this session will empower educators, youth workers, and community leaders with the tools to support young people’s mental health and build stronger, more connected communities.
Key topics to be explored:
• Practical strategies to support mental health in young people
• How to create safe spaces for open conversations
• Building resilience and wellbeing through community connections
Please arrive by 10am for a prompt start at 10.05am.
Onsite parking is available and morning tea will be provided.
Spots are limited, so please register prior to 19th of May.
