About our Panelists
Jason Aldworth is a life long Liberal Party member who has previously served as party Vice President as well as Chair of the Party’s Constitution and Rules committee.
Earlier in his career he was Director of Crosby Textor, working on polling and campaigns for the Liberal Party under John Howard, the UK Conservative Party and the New Zealand National Party.
He founded Civic Agencies 16 years ago, which includes diversified strategic communications business The Civic Partnership, bipartisan government relations agency CPR Communications and big data mar-tech and ad-tech consultancy Civic Data.
Fiona Grinwald has over 20 years of experience in the public sector, spanning the treasury, health, and justice portfolios. Most recently, she has led the Victorian government's behavioural science function, applying insights from behavioural economics, neuroscience and psychology to improve government policies and services. She is also the Managing Director of a primary health medical practice and an active volunteer with several community organisations.
David Imber is a strategic communications and corporate affairs expert with deep experience across politics, policy, and media. He advises leaders across sectors on reputation, crisis management, and public engagement, including as a 2025 federal election advisor to the ACTU. He has served in National Campaign Headquarters at three federal elections and worked on countless local
electorate campaigns for federal and state elections. He’s also a regular commentator on ABC Radio.
