Shakti Fest! DIWALI CELEBRATION: A Mini Festival of Connection and Joy!Join us for Shakti Fest, a unique mini-festival blending conscious movement, connection, creative expression, and playfulness. Happening in the heart of Brunswick at Summer Healing Yoga from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. this event is a chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant, uplifting experience.
Facilitated by Cadia, Mickey, & Madhu the evening features:
6-7pm Rhythm Flow Yoga with Cadia – A grounding rhythm earth connection and movement practice that weaves together earth connection, yoga, and the freedom of dance, set to live DJing by Mickey.
7-7:30pm Cacao Celebration with Madhu – A heart-opening ritual to elevate your energy and intention.
7:30-8:30 Ecstatic Dance with Madhu – Move freely, express yourself fully, and lose yourself in the rhythm.
8:30-9pm Dinner Provided.
9:00-10:00pm Breath-work & Sound Journey with Mickey
