This year, join like minded adult seekers around Adelaide at Chinmaya Annual Adult Day Retreat where we’ll take a deep dive into understanding who we truly are through the teachings of Atma Bodha.

Atmabodha, a text by Adi Shankaracharyaji, is a deep exploration into the knowledge of the self and absolute truth. It points out the ultimate goal of existence and provides schemes and methods by which you can easily make your spiritual journey successful.

Get ready to bask under the tutelage of Swami Shrikarananda-ji (Spiritual teacher in charge of Chinmaya Mission Adelaide), as He expounds on the striking examples and ingenious poetry of Adi Shankara to uplift our mind and help us truly know ourselves.
