Plant local native trees, shrubs and groundcovers on the basalt plains near Creswick Forest. This first planting on this site will increase the forest habitat, revegetate a small patch of farmland and restore an ephemeral creek for the benefit of local wildlife

With funding through a Hepburn Shire Biodiversity Grant, Wattle Flat Pootilla Landcare Group is coordinating exclusion fencing, planting and direct seeding at this site during 2025 - 2026.
