In good times and in bad: adaptive skills for your farming future.Livestock and grain farmers are invited to a participate in a 2-day workshop for your farm business future. In the workshop you have a unique opportunity to work on your business rather than in your business.
Topics covered include:
• Key profit drivers and high-level benchmarks
• Income v cost of production
• Understanding your personal appetite for risk and your production potential to assess variation in profit
• Managing climate variability and farm financial performance
• Scenario planning for the 2025 and 2026 seasons and beyond.
Participants are eligible to review their business plans 1-on-1 with Kate, after the course.
This activity is free and includes morning tea and lunch.
