2025 Camden Rugby Academy U13s - U18s

Academy overview:Camden Rugby Club holds an annual rugby academy. The Academy is aimed at player recruitment, retention and development. The program is built to last 8 to 10 weeks from U9’s to U18’s. The age groups are separated into U9’s to U12’s & U13’s to U18’s. Each group have their own 1-hour session
For the 2025 season of the Academy, numbers will be restricted to 50 in the U9/12’s and 60 in the U13/18’s. This will allow fluidity to change where required to facilitate the best outcome for the players. The majority of coaches for this year's Academy will be from Camden senior and junior grades as well as invitational coaches from around NSW.
Objectives:
Create an environment where players and families feel welcomed
Build an inclusive environment for all participants
Build individual's ability to deliver and hone new and existing skills
Drive a positive rugby culture through experiences
Build on rugby knowledge for players
Increase collaboration between coaches across age groups
