The Enneagram - A Day Workshop
This workshop is an introduction to the Enneagram personality system.
The Enneagram is a very accurate map that identifies nine different worldviews, and gives insight into motivations behind behaviour.
At work, the Enneagram helps to understand our own personality and those of our colleagues, clients, bosses, and employees. It offers the opportunities and tools to encourage and support healthier, happier work relationships.
Through the Enneagram, work colleagues can support bringing out the best in each other, and give insights to help resolve conflict.
This one day workshop outlines each of the nine enneagram types, and helps participants to recognise that all worldviews are equal, valuable, and empowering - as well as very different.
The day is facilitated by Georgia Bailey, who has extensive experience in the teachings of the Enneagram in the narrative tradition. She has been taught and mentored by world renown Enneagram teachers.
Beginners and veterans and everyone in between are all welcome!
