In-Person Workshop OverviewThis workshop is tailored for Level 1-2 Strata Managers, focusing on building confidence in communicating financial matters to committees and owners. Participants will learn how to interpret and present financial statements clearly, ensuring effective decision-making. Emphasis will be placed on preparing and presenting budgets, addressing financial issues such as GST, and confidently discussing financials at AGMs and committee meetings. Hands-on activities will support practical learning in a real-world context.
