Learn the skills needed to motivate, inspire and guide others. Middle Leadership is a transformative seminar led by Gavin Grift, a respected educational expert in Australia, aimed at empowering teacher leaders to excel in their roles within schools. Middle leaders will be guided through a process of self-discovery as they grapple with the demands of teaching and leading within schools. Participants will learn how to embrace the past and utilise the present to carve out a leadership path that takes them closer to their leadership mission. Middle Leadership equips participants with practical strategies to lead meaningful collaboration, provide constructive feedback to peers, and navigate the complexities of leading both colleagues and students.Please note: Enrolment for middle leaders (Curric. Leaders/HODs/HOLA's) is subject to their Admin Team having attended Collaborative Teams That Work 2025 retreat on 20th - 21st October 2025.
