This Labour refresher / VBAC session is for families who have had a previous labour & birthing experience and would like to refresh their knowledge of labour & birth.Maybe it's been a few years since your last baby, you birthed at a different hospital previously or would like more information around Vaginal Birth after Caesarean (VBAC) - this class is for you!
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and cover topics you are wanting information about.
This might include things such as : Stages of & coping with labour, when to come to hospital, pain relief, care after birth or feeding baby.
The session is in-person at MHW.
Date: Thursday 19 June 2025
Time: 12pm - 2pm
Location: Level 3, Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
Cost: $40 for 1 ticket. 1 ticket includes attendance to 2hr education class for 2 people (birthing person + 1 support person)
Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
