This 4.5hr workshop will cover all the postnatal information we include in our full series of classes - but WITHOUT the labour & birth information.This class is suitable if you are having a planned caesarean birth or would like a refresher on newborn feeding, care and behaviour.

Time: 9.30am - 2pm
Location: Level 3, Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
Cost: $100 for 2 people
This class will cover topics such as (but not limited to)
- Breastfeeding: benefits for mum and baby; how breastfeeding works, challenges in the breastfeeding journey, your support team's role.
- Baby care in the early days, settling your newborn
- Mum's physical and emotional recovery post-birth, safe sleeping and other safety topics.
This workshop is designed to build your knowledge in feeding & caring for your baby as well as post birth health & recovery
Suitable to attend from 26 weeks of pregnancy.
For families booked to have their babies at Mercy Hospital for Women.
