2025 Manningham District Scout Leadership Course
About
This course is for older scouts, focussing on personal development and unit management. We take a deep dive into leadership over one evening and a weekend. Lots of activities so that scouts learn by doing.YOU MUST be able to attend the Wednesday session in the hall (Mandatory) and then be available to attend the weekend.
Wednesday 11 June 2025 7-9pm District Hall, Zerbes Reserves, Doncaster East AND
Saturday 14 June 8am - Sunday 15 June 2025 - 4pm location to come
Cost is $130 including meals on both dates.
Update health information on Operoo - especially motion sickness if any.
Applications close on 9th June 2025.
Who are we looking for?
o Scouts who have completed their Milestone 1 in The Program
o Scouts recommended by your Home Unit Scout Leader/Unit Council
o Preferably aged 13 or older
o Preference will be given to
- Current or potential PL/APL
- Scouts who are pursuing their ASA
o Course size is limited to 24 Scouts.
