About
The Parky Ministry Planning Retreat aims to bring together those actively involved in the life of the church to pray, dream, and brainstorm, helping us put some legs on The Parky Way.Information:
- Dates: Friday, 6 June to Saturday, 7 June (yes, this is a sleepover)
- Arrival Time: 7pm Friday
- Departure Time: 3pm Saturday
- Venue: Anapana Ridge Retreat, 35 Gilchrist Rd, Lesmurdie
- Food: We are self-catering, so we will ask everyone to bring a couple of different food items to make this happen. Please let us know if you have dietary requirements.
What will we be doing?
- Praying
- Breaking into groups for some “Blue Sky thinking” around The Parky Way
- A couple of teaching sessions or talks
- Discussing dreams and brainstorming
- Putting actions around the different aspects of The Parky Way
- Discerning the voice of God through gathering, reflecting, and praying
- Encouraging one another
