Artist Workshop: Dill Life Drawing

Join Chutzpah exhibiting artist Stephania Windholz Leigh for a whimsical still life drawing session where art, memory and heritage come together around the table.
Inspired by domestic objects and traditional Polish-Jewish foods from her grandparents’ home, Stephania will create a one night only installation in front of her artwork A Big Dill.
This hands-on workshop invites participants to collectively sketch and reflect, while honouring the role of still life in noticing and preserving everyday items.
Explore this classical art form through the lens of her Holocaust-survivor grandparents and the quiet beauty found in their acts of care, survival, and homemaking.
No prior experience necessary. All materials supplied.
This program includes entry to "Chutzpah: Spirit. Recollection. Self."
