On Sunday 13th July I am collaborating with Chelsea for a Yoga & Ceramics morning at Side Track Art space at the Blayney Train station.This morning retreat is a 75 minute Yoga Flow, restorative class planned to bring you into your body and out of your mind to prepare your creative juices!
After Yoga, you will be nourished with a morning tea once you begin your hand-building clay ceramics class with Chelsea who is a local ceramics artist.
Tickets for this is limited to 8 spots and will truely bring you into all your senses.
