We’re thrilled to welcome Enrico Sarotto—seventh-generation producer from the iconic Roberto Sarotto estate in Piemonte, Italy—to ...by Old Bridge on Tuesday 10th June, for an exclusive wine masterclass with a paired Italian feast. Enrico is the son of Roberto Sarotto and is the Export Manager for the brand.

Some of you might remember the sell-out event in 2023—our final fling ‘among the cartons’ in the warehouse at our North Fremantle store before opening the doors to our gleaming new events space, …by Old Bridge. This time around, we’re bringing the magic back, but with a touch more polish. 

The Sarotto story stretches back to 1820, with each generation adding something special to the family legacy. Today, Enrico, son of Roberto, is helping steer the estate’s 95 hectares across Barolo, Barbaresco, Gavi and more—blending time-honoured tradition with a fresh, sustainable approach. This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from the source and sip your way through the hills of Piemonte.
