After attending a three-day intensive Music Camp, the Caringbah High School Music Ensembles presents their annual 'Music Gala'. This concert provides a fantastic performance opportunity for music students to share their talents with the community. The Gala will feature performances by 289 students across 22 different music ensembles, including the choirs, symphony orchestra, concert bands, jazz bands, rock groups and various other instrumental ensembles.

WHEN

Friday May 30, 6.00pm.

• 5.15pm - food/drink available to collect/purchase in the COLA (card & cash sales available, CARD preferred), and doors open to the hall (tickets will be scanned upon entry)
• 6.00pm - concert commences

TICKETS

$20 Adult | $15 Concession | $10 Child 

FOOD & DRINK

Small meals (pizza, Subway subs and noodles) are available to pre-purchase until Monday 26 May only - please see the food available for pre-purchase when you buy your concert tickets. Pre-purchased food can be collected in the COLA from 5.15pm until the show commences only.

Snacks and hot and cold drinks will be offered for purchase via card or cash on the night (CARD PREFERRED, no change given on cash sales). These items cannot be pre-ordered online and will be available until supplies last.  Snacks and hot and cold drinks will be available from 5.15pm in the COLA and also again during the 20 minute-interval. 

All monies raised through food and drink purchases goes directly to support the CHS Music Ensembles. Enhancing our students’ ensemble experience, funding much-needed instruments, equipment, and sheet music.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all and to avoid distractions during the performance, we kindly ask that our audience refrains from standing up to take photos or record videos. This year we are fortunate to have a professional videography team capturing the event, and our talented photography students will also be documenting the magic throughout the night.

The professional video will be sent to all ticket holders via the email provided in your booking, once edited after the concert - we expect it will be sent to all audience members around two weeks after the event. 

PARENT HELPERS NEEDED

The Music Support Group is a volunteer parent group that works alongside the dedicated CHS music staff to help bring our music events together. If you would like to assist on the night, we would love some support to serve food and drinks. It's easy and fun and allows you to get to know some other parents too! PARKING & ENTRY

Limited parking will be available in the staff car park (entry off Willarong Rd) from 4.30pm. Parking is also available on nearby streets in the immediate area.

Once on foot, please enter through the car park side and follow the signs directing you to 'Music Gala'. The signs will direct you to enter past the canteen to the left side once inside the car park.
