Join Cass for this special Women's Circle - "Silence & Sounds - Deep Listening & Drumming". This Women's hoop drum circle will open with a drum blessing. We will set an intention and will weave our time together by playing specific rhythms while embracing the magic and stillness found within silence between the beats. Experience the meditative, empowering and healing effects of sitting in the energy of a women's circle as we drum. Our circle will offer a safe space for you to listen deeply to your own inner wisdom. You are encouraged to bring a journal (paper and pens will be provided). You will be learning a specific drum chant (if you prefer not to chant that is ok you can simply choose to drum and receive the beautiful vibrational energy). Cass holds a BMus - various drum circle facilitator courses, has studied core shamanic principles & Reiki 2. She has special interest in the healing qualities of the hoop drum & sitting in circle.Date
