This 2 Hour Speed & Agility Clinic is tailored towards male and female developing athletes aged from 9 to 16 years of age.
Covering the following: warm up techniques, correct drills to use, acceleration techniques, spatial awareness drills for sport, coordination, reaction drills, and agility. I have over 30 years of proven youth athlete development focusing on technique and skills aimed at long term development.
