Love a fun, fast, technical, sexy and sassy routine? Well you're in the right spot!Get ready for the challenge. Bek is an experienced fitness and dance instructor who has been teaching for 10 years. Please note this one is not suited for absolute beginners. Some previous dance, pole or floorplay experience is recommended.

1pm on Sunday 8th of June (2hr workshop)
