To make sure we all know what is expected of us and others, Sathish (Norman Waterhouse) will train us in appropriate behaviour and actions for the workplace. He will also give us techniques on how to manage others who make us uncomfortable, and who we can talk to etc.We will also learn about reasonable management, and why it is not bullying or harassing behaviour.
This training is compulsory for Lower Eyre Council employees so that everyone has the same information. This link is for the Cummins sessions on 24 July, so please go in and register for 1 of the free sessions, and we will see your happy face at the training!
