Mercy Hospital for Women - Weekday Workshop Parent Ed ClassesWorkshops cover all the same information from our 4 series classes - but in 2 x 4.5 hour sessions!
Run weekly over 2 consecutive Friday's: 9.30am - 2pm
Sessions: in-person Mercy Hospital for Women, 163 Studley Rd, Heidelberg
Cost: $175 for 1 ticket. Ticket is for 2 people (1 birthing parent +1 partner/support person) to attend BOTH Workshop sessions.

Workshop 1 : Friday 4 July 2025 : 9am - 1.30pm
Topics include - Labour & birth physiology, coping in labour at home & in the hospital, the support person's role, variations to labour & birth
Workshop 2 : Friday 11 July 2025 : 9am - 1.30pm
Topics include - Understanding breastfeeding, caring for your newborn, settling techniques, child safety, mum's recovery after birth, supports at home, relationship changes + more!
Aim to start from 27 weeks.
