SOUND HEALING, VOICE AND BREATH- Full Moon Connection is an online group space to drop into the depths of oneself in the comfort of your own home during the New Moon and Full Moon. We will explore voice, breath and sound and some circle work together.This is an opportunity to center and reconnect with your hearts desires for this year and lunar cycle and to feel it in your body and give expression to it through voice.
There will be a Sound Meditation at the end.
Please bring pencils and coloured pens
