Your Journey of Self DiscoveryIn person, 7 week course Monday, 10am - noon
9 June to 21 July
Holistic healing using creativity and your energy centres. Learn about your chakras and how they get out of balance and affect your health and wellbeing. Each week you will explore a different chakra and have fun expanding your creativity with different art therapy exercises to help heal each centre.
Included will be -
Colour and Crystals.
How to increase your intuition.
Animal and spirit guides.
Affirmations and positive thinking.
Using a pendulum.
A meditation, or visualisation exercise will be conducted in each session.
All supplies provided.
