About
For our next project, Brass Band Newcastle, conducted by Conrad Curry, is headed to Christchurch in July to contest the A Grade section of the New Zealand Brass Band Championships. Before we go, we’re running our complete contest programme—test piece, own choice, and march—plus a couple of lighter extras in the friendly acoustics of Gosford Uniting Church. Think symphonic style writing for brass and percussion: structured, varied, and tightly rehearsed.When: Sunday, 29 June 2025
