Dyslexia 101
This one-day, hands-on, professional learning workshop unpacks the facts and figures on dyslexia, then examines the most important challenge to teachers of students with dyslexia – providing evidence-based instruction. We discuss which strategies these learners need, why they work, and guide participants to the resources they need. We then examine the important adjustments to the curriculum, including assistive technology options, that students require to be successful.
