A weekend camping at Marysville with two days of snow at Lake Mountain.
Scouts will have the choice of cross country skiing (10 spots available) or snow shoeing/hiking (10 spots available) on the Saturday.
On Sunday we will have snow play, snow craft and tobogganing.
We will be working on OAS Alpine 2 & 3.
Who can attend?
Those 13 and over and preferably with OAS 4 in Bushwalking.
Camping at Marysville Caravan Park Friday and Saturday night with day trips to Lake Mountain Ski Resort.
Price will include Ski & Snow Shoe Hire, resort entry both days, camping, transport and food.
Catering will be provided for Sat meals and sun breakfast/ lunch.
Bring your own Tea to eat on the bus on Friday night and buy takeaway on the way home.
Note for those going a briefing will be held. Thermals etc can be purchased from aldi at very competitive rates.
