In this unique 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own flame of intention through the powerful practices of color therapy, breathwork, and guided meditation.
Create Your Flame of Intention: Use color therapy to draw and manifest your desires, healing, and transformation.
Breathwork: Calm your mind and center your energy for clarity.
Guided Meditation: Reflect on the past year and prepare for the new light ahead.
Sound Journey: Experience a healing sound meditation with singing bowls to align your energy with the solstice shift.
