• 100% (minus Trybooking fee)  if refund is requested by Friday 25 October 2025
• 50% (minus Trybooking fee) if refund is requested by Thursday 13 November 2025
• No refund after Thursday 13 November 2025
• Eligible refunds will be processed within a month after the conference
• Proceeding with your booking means that you acknowledge this refund policy
