This year marks the 53rd anniversary of World Environment Day (WED).Held annually since 1973, World Environment Day is an important day for encouraging worldwide awareness and action for the environment. Our 2025 Bournda EEC WED Dinner features two fantastic guests, threatened species experts Drs Linda Broome and Fred Ford. Hear their inspiring World Environment Day message on the smoky mouse translocation program and saving precious wildlife from the threat of extinction.
The Dinner will be held at Candelo Town Hall, starting at 6pm. Your delicious buffet meal will be prepared by the Cowsnest Community Farm volunteers and all funds raised will go to supporting community volunteers.
