Join us for a royal celebration this King’s Birthday Weekend on Saturday, 7th June!Chef Tim Austin has created a 5-course 'Menu di Artusi,' inspired by the legendary Pellegrino Artusi, the father of modern Italian cuisine. With each dish designed to be paired with Bindi Wines, true royalty of the Macedon Ranges, it’s the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to a feast fit for a king.
The feast is just $80 per person, with optional wine pairings or selections available by the glass.

We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions upon request. Please note that adjustments to the menu may impact the wine pairings we have curated. For pescatarians, the vegetarian option will be provided as a substitute for meat dishes. And just a little heads up, this one will be pretty meat focused.
