You’re Invited: Staff Workshops – Help Shape NHW’s Future Workforce

NHW is currently developing a new Workforce Plan with Ninety Mile Consulting to help ensure we have the right people, skills, and support in place to meet the needs of our staff, patients, and community—now and into the future.

As part of this, we’re running staff workshops across two days to hear directly from you—our workforce—about what’s working, where there are challenges, and what ideas you have for improvement.

Illoura

• Tuesday 27 May – 1.30pm – 3.30pm Lifestyle office

These two-hour sessions will be interactive, practical, and focused on your insights. We'll explore:

• Discuss the major challenges you experience around workforce, workload, training, and culture
• Validate our findings to date with your perspectives and insights
• Explore practical ideas and solutions you believe NHW should consider
• Co-design and prioritise the key focus areas for the upcoming Workforce Plan—together

This is your opportunity to help influence real change. Whether you're in a clinical, non-clinical or support role, your voice matters. We strongly encourage you to attend one full session to ensure your experiences and ideas are captured.
