This workshop is designed to provide you with everything you need to know about Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC). The workshop will run for approx. 4hrs and includes a short break.
The workshop covers topics related to your previous pregnancy and birth journey, considerations for planning your next birth and birth plan facilitation work. The workshop will also cover labour and birth and the first hour when baby is born. You will gain an understanding of the common care considerations with VBAC and learn about the importance of consent and being involved in decisions about your care. We aim to provide you with strategies and practical skills for managing labour, including guidance on the involvement of a support person.
With Encircle Midwifery workshops, we support you to delve into more than the practicalities of having a baby. We help you gain knowledge and skills to navigate your pregnancy and birth journey and move into parenthood with confidence.
