About
Hospital orientation is a program designed to familiarize new employees with the hospitals policies and procedures and work environment. The goal is to ensure everyone is aware of safety protocols, organizational culture and their specific roles within the hospital.Orientation includes a tour of the hospital, hospital policies and procedures, workplace culture, safety and security, EMR, health and employee benefits, compliance and legal issues, role specific training such as competencies and support resources.
