Grahamvale PS Spring Ball

The Grahamvale Primary School Parents Club proudly invite you to the Grahamvale PS Spring Ball.

Please join us for a fabulous evening including a two course dinner by Bill & Beats, drinks at bar prices and enjoy live entertainment by Current Stand to dance the night away.

The night will also feature a live auction and heaps of incredible prizes to win!  

** All proceeds raised will go towards a new playground for the Grahamvale Primary School **

General Ticket - $75 each (plus booking fee) or
Table of 10 - $750 (plus booking fee)

TABLES & FAQ's
Tickets may be purchased individually (General Ticket) or you may purchase an entire table (Table of 10).  All tickets (whether individual or per table) must be paid for at the time of booking. 
General Ticket - You can purchase single or multiple tickets by using this option.  
Booking tickets individually but we are part of a group - If booking one or more tickets as part of a group, ensure you utilise the 'Table Captain' box located within the booking process to nominate a name to assist us with your seating.
Table of 10 - To book a whole table get 10 friends together and nominate 1 person (Table Captain) to purchase the tickets (10 tickets).

Seating/table allocation will be completed by the event organisers and they will attempt to fulfil your requests.  

You do not have to print off your ticket for this event. A list of names and seating plans will be available at the door on the night.

AUCTIONS
The evening will feature a Silent Auction and Live Auction, both of which will showcase incredible items from a range of categories. 

DONATIONS
You will have an opportunity to make a donation during the booking process, but should you have a larger donation, sponsorship query, or an item to donate for the Auction/s, please contact Parents' Club Committee Member Claire Haigh on 0437 589 266.
