🧘♀️ Join a calming Yoga Session led by MU Sport to reconnect your mind and body.
🎨 Take a guided Dax Gallery Tour, showcasing powerful works by artists with lived experience of mental health challenges—sparking conversation and breaking stigma.
🐱 Relax at our Cat Cafe, where you can cuddle with furry friends and treat them to snacks!
✨ Drinks are included for both Yoga and Cat Cafe.
🍽️ Food vouchers will be given out during the Dax Gallery visit.
