VSB - Auditions for Youth roles in Beauty and the Beast

We are excited for our Annual Tour to beautiful Tasmania in June, performing Beauty and the Beast. We are holding auditions for youth roles within the production in Launceston on Thursday 12th June 2025.Details are- 4.30pm at the Kim Roe School of Dance. Ages are - 10 to 13 years - Juniors, 13 to 14 years - Intermediate and 15 to 17 years - Senior. Registrations for Juniors and Intermediates at 4pm, for Seniors at 4.30pm. Good basic ballet technique is required in each level for male and female. Seniors are to bring their pointeshoes if they are training and performing on pointe. Performance is on Friday 20th June after the Princess Theatre, Launceston. Successful auditionees need to stay after the auditions to learn choreography from 6pm to 8.30pm. All auditionees are to wear proper ballet attire for the audition class with hair neatly in a bun for females.
