Begin your journey with a hands-on art session using glass, vibrant colors, and shimmering gold leaf. This meditative practice invites you to express inner peace and create a personal piece to take home.
🫖 Refreshments & Chitchats (3:30 – 4:30 PM)
Enjoy a relaxed social hour with light refreshments, heartfelt conversations, and a sense of community.
🧘♀️ Yoga & Sound Healing (4:30 – 6:00 PM)
Unwind completely with a gentle meditative yoga session, followed by deep sound healing. Let the soothing vibrations guide you to a calm, grounded state as we close the day in stillness.
🎟️ Art materials and refreshments included – just bring your beautiful self and a yoga mat.
