About
Microdosing refers to the practice of consuming sub-perceptual doses of psychedelic substances, such as psilocybin mushrooms. While there is limited robust scientific research specifically on microdosing psilocybin, studies have explored the effects of larger doses of psilocybin and other psychedelics, which can provide some insights. The microdosing container and community on offer here is for 12 people to journey together, at the same time, through 7 weeks of a mircodosing protocol, while meeting weekly to discuss and support one another. Weekly sessions will provide meditation, mindfulness practices and guidance for tweaking each individuals microdosing regime for optimal results. You will also be provided with a MICRODOSING GUIDE & SELF-ACTUALISATION WORKBOOK, with information and journaling prompts for harnessing and channelling newfound creativity and energy.Date
