Over a blissful 2 hours, I invite you in for deep relaxation, stillness & healing through surrender of the physical body, marinating in luxuriously soft yin shapes for restoratively long holds.

A fabulous variety of instruments.
Medicine Drums, gongs, rainmakers, ocean drums, chimes, kochi & crystal soundBowls will surround you & take you on a journey through mind, body & soul.
