SSCBC Members $155 ($165 non-members) including canapes & champagne on arrival, delicious four course dinner created by our Executive Chef, Luke Gebski in consultation with truffle lover, Sara Hinchey, showcasing Australian truffles. Suggested wine pairing with each course will be available for purchase on the night.
Luke has designed an incredible menu utilising his extensive experience in cooking with truffles in the UK. Excited at the opportunity to create something new to showcase Australian truffles, Luke’s menu will be sure to delight.
For many years, Sara ran a cooking school known as The Truffle Hound. Sara has been involved in the Australian truffle industry since 2011 and her truffle recipes have been featured in the Good Food section of The Age and on Foodie Tuesday with Raf Epstein.
