Family constellations is a therapeutic approach designed to shine light and make visible unseen connections, bindings and entanglements of a system. Family constellations work can take place in any system: Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Family, Intergenerational, Ancestral, Societal & Global.

A family constellations session typically takes place in a workshop made up of a group of individuals who are not related (even though people who are related are welcome to attend together).

Workshop participants are chosen as representatives for members of the system that is being explored. Just by stepping into the role, representatives can feel and experience the emotions of the person (or part) whose role they have taken on. Hellinger, the developer of Family Constellations, calls this sense of connectedness, which is said to be felt telepathically by members of the group, the morphogenic field or the knowing field.

We will decide on the day whose constellations we will be working on. You can choose how much you want to participate. You can have your own constellation, you can be a representative or you can just watch and hold space.

I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a tribe member, a friend, a mentor, a lover of life and an elder in training.
I work as a psychotherapist and facilitator. My deepest passions in life are community, dance, women’s circles, rites of passage, celebrating life’s important transitions, honouring ceremonies, bringing ritual back into our lives and supporting people to open to every aspect of their humanness.
I am absolutely committed to creating and holding Sacred Space for groups and individuals. Supporting people to remember their true nature; to connect with their deepest longing; to clear anything that is apparently in the way of living fulfilled lives; and to inhabit their bodies so fully that they can return to a state of intimate relationship and connection with all that is.
