Winter Solstace is a time to sink into our deep inner landscape. To nourish, warm up, slow down & connect. Stoke the fires of our Kidney & bladder meridians while breathing with our newly found Yin community.Newbies are welcomed & encouraged.
All props are provided, just bring yourself wrapped in comfy clothes & fave socks tuck your water & towel (for over bolsters ect) under your arm.
If you have personal props please bring them.
We share tea (herbal) on completion to regain awareness before re entering the world.
