At Pomona Distilling Co, we’ve spent the past five years creating something truly special—thanks to the incredible support of our community. From the very beginning, we’ve dreamed of bringing this next chapter to life. After weathering a pandemic and growing in ways we never imagined, the time has finally come—and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.We’re proud to launch our Gin Blending Classes, a hands-on, flavour-packed experience where you get to explore the art of gin making and craft your very own bespoke blend.
